Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Cloud environment, ensuring high availability and security of privileged accounts.
• Experience of managing CyberArk Vault, CPM , PSM and PVWA components.
• Experience of CyberArk Safe Management and vaulting of different set of accounts.
• Manage the CyberArk Privileged Cloud environment, ensuring the secure storage and handling of privileged credentials.
• Administer CyberArk EPM, enforcing least privilege policies and just-in-time access controls to protect endpoints.
• Serve as the primary administrator for CyberArk EPM, managing endpoint least privilege policies and controls.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of CyberArk solutions with other IT systems and applications.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and compliance checks to ensure alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert-level support for CyberArk products, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Provide expert support for CyberArk EPM and Privileged Cloud, including issue resolution and system optimization.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating documentation and conducting training sessions on CyberArk tools and best practices.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions to educate staff on the proper use of CyberArk EPM and related security practices.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and updates within the CyberArk suite and recommend enhancements to the security infrastructure.
• Assist in the management of CyberArk Conjur and Secrets Manager for securing application secrets and credentials.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security, with a strong emphasis on privileged access management.
• Demonstrated expertise in CyberArk Privileged Cloud services and Endpoint Privilege Manager.
• Experience with CyberArk Conjur and Secrets Manager is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industry-standard security and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry) are preferred.
  

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security mechanisms.
• Previous experience in a security operations or administration role.
  

Work Environment:

• Participation in an on-call rotation for critical incident response may be required.
