GMOC Support Engineer

• Working experience at inspection and reliability section, plant machinery maintenance of static and rotary equipment, conducting condition monitoring using advanced techniques such as FFT and SYSTEM-1, overseeing shutdown maintenance including meticulous planning and flawless execution, Condition monitoring like oil analysis, vibration analysis
• Working experience of 3 to 6 years in oil & gas is preferable
• The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of predictive maintenance strategies and be familiar with industry best practices in equipment reliability
• Experience with root cause analysis and failure mode identification would be a valuable asset in this role

Work Experience

• Experience in operations and upkeep, maintenance of plant machinery including static and rotating equipment, strong analytical abilities, comprehension of P&ID diagrams, familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) processes, background in the oil and gas industry
• Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and optimizing equipment performance
• Skilled in troubleshooting complex machinery issues and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
• Redline drawing creation using blue beam/Auto cad
• Additionally, adopt at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution
• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff to enhance their technical skills and contribute to the overall success of the team
