Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage furnace operations, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
Oversee smelting process of printed circuit boards (PCBs), including refining metals from waste materials.
Develop and implement process improvements through continuous improvement initiatives like Six Sigma methodology.
Ensure equipment management by monitoring maintenance schedules, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in furnace operations or related field (metallurgy).
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Metallurgy (B.Tech/B.E.).
Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting principles for informed decision-making.
Proficiency in process automation & control systems; knowledge of refractory technology an added advantage.
