The Plant Head / Sr.GM Pellet & Beneficiation is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operation of both Pellet and Beneficiation plants, to ensuring high-quality production,cost control, while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards.
The role demands strong technical knowledge, operational excellence, and people leadership to drive performance, optimize plant processes, and meet strategic business goals.
We are looking strong background in pellet and Beneficial plant operations,for a highly experienced and technically sound professional, including
- Strong people management & cross-functional coordination
- Expertise in process optimization, yield improvement, cost control, and energy efficiency
- Ability to handle large teams, production planning, and plant maintenance etc.,
- B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering
- 15 - 20 years of experience in Pellet and Beneficiation plant operations
- Strong track record in plant leadership, process optimization, and team management
