Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- PLC control systems design and programming installing

-Experience with PLC programming and automation hardware and software, such as Siemens.network infrastructure

-

-MES tracking points system and historical report Control system (PLC & VFD) - Siemens

-Designing and programming control systems using PLCs (programmable logic controllers) and other automation hardware and software. In siemens troubleshooting and debugging control systems and performing root cause analysis. -To identify and resolve issues and optimizing automation systems and controls

-Managing projects related to control system upgrades, expansions, or new installations

-Create and maintain technical documentation for automation systems and controls

aintenance budget, and provide appropriate management of expenditure

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong Leadership skill with Troubleshoot DCS and PLC problems through knowledge. - Automatic Control system.

- Knowledge of the working principle of field instruments, sensor, control valve, transmitter, meter and gauge, Pressure, temperature, level, vibration, and flow measuring equipment.

- Experience working with Industrial Controls, PLC, motor controls, control valves, electrical distribution, industrial instrumentation for flow, pressure, & temperature
