GM (Plant Operations Head)

As a GM (Plant Operations Head) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the tyre recycling operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing production, cost control, team management, and process optimization. Your focus will be on implementing lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity, quality, and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Leading end-to-end plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. - Planning and executing production schedules to meet output and cost targets. - Driving lean manufacturing and process improvements for enhanced productivity. - Monitoring and optimizing recycling processes such as shredding, pyrolysis, and crumb/reclaim rubber. - Ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and legal regulations. - Controlling operational costs and maximizing resource utilization. - Building, mentoring, and managing high-performance teams. - Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, cost, and quality. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Chemical, or a related field. - 12-20 years of experience in plant operations, with a preference for experience in tyre recycling, rubber, or polymers. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Hands-on expertise in lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and production tools. - Knowledge of environmental compliance and waste management practices. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Local candidates are preferred for this role.,
