As we establish our presence in India and expand into global markets, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing & Sales Head to lead our domestic and export growth strategy. Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the jewellery industry to lead and manage our marketing, branding, and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both domestic and international (export) jewellery markets and will be responsible for building brand visibility, developing market strategies, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy for both Indian and international markets · Build the brand from the ground up, including positioning, messaging, and promotional activities · Identify and approach export partners, international buyers, and distributors · Conduct detailed market research to identify high-potential export markets and customer segments · Manage and oversee digital marketing, PR, influencer tie-ups, and content strategy · Generate and convert leads through trade shows, exhibitions, and online platforms · Monitor KPIs and report on sales performance, market trends, and campaign ROI Required Qualifications · Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the fine jewellery industry · Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and export market dynamics · Proven success in building or scaling a jewellery brand or product line · Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills · Familiarity with jewellery export documentation, compliance, and trade practices is a plus · Experience with digital tools and platforms like Instagram, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc. Preferred Skills · Strong industry network with domestic and international jewellery buyers · Familiarity with international jewellery exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B platforms · Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign execution Why Join Us? · Opportunity to lead marketing and sales for a premium new brand from the ground up · High creative freedom and direct involvement in brand-building and expansion · Work closely with the founder and contribute meaningfully to the business vision To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter highlighting your experience in jewellery marketing and export sales.
