• Strategic Planning & Execution:

  Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.

• Technical Oversight:

  Provide expert technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring engineering excellence, adherence to industry standards, and quality of pipeline construction.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Risk Management:

  Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring project continuity and successful outcomes.

• Budget & Resource Management:

  Oversee and control project budgets, optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment), and ensure financial viability of projects.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, environmental guidelines, and quality management systems for pipeline projects.

• Team Leadership & Development:

  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and project professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Business Development Support:
