The GM Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the organization, ensuring that all processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the operations team. Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve their full potential. Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10-15 years of experience in operations management or a similar role. Strong understanding of operational processes and performance metrics. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
