No of vacancy : 01 Nos Location: Jejuri Key Deliverables Ensure that all plant activities are aligned to achieve the monthly production and invoicing targets by ensuring continuous improvements of systems and standards, best processes and developing new and economical techniques to achieve OTIF with superior quality and within budgeted cost. Enhance manpower and machine productivity to the optimum level and identify cost reduction strategies and cost control standards to maintain the offcut and scrap percentage and minimize wastages and reduce costs. Monitor the inventory levels to ensure the most effective cycle time. Achieve 100% safety regulations ensuring zero fatal or reportable accidents Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating top quality employees at all levels and enhance employee engagement to develop a high-performance team. Required Skills And Experience Year of experience – 20+years in the Fabricated Steel Structure industry Qualification – Engineer with MBA Marketing is preferred.
