Job Description

As the GM HR Culture & Transformation reporting to the MD, your main accountabilities will include: - Developing change management strategies for major organizational transformations, particularly focusing on cultural change. - Implementing strategies to foster a customer-centric, positive, inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. - Monitoring and measuring cultural health through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and key performance indicators, and implementing necessary improvements. - Overseeing the implementation of new HR programs and technologies to ensure successful culture adoption across the organization. - Executing comprehensive employee engagement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. - Defining and embedding a strong organizational culture that aligns with the company's purpose, values, and long-term goals. - Designing strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention at all levels. - Building inclusive and diverse workplace practices that encourage innovation and collaboration. - Leading transformation projects to modernize service delivery and adopt best practices. - Collaborating with the senior leadership team to align HR culture and transformation initiatives with the overall business strategy. - Partnering with L&D for leadership development, succession planning, and upskilling programs. - Driving programs to identify and nurture future leaders, especially in frontline logistics operations. - Establishing KPIs and metrics to track progress in culture change, transformation success, and employee engagement. - Providing leadership with dashboards, reports, insights, and recommendations. - Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, managers, and employees. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Psychology from a reputed institution. Experience needed: - 15+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focusing on HR transformation and culture. Key skills, abilities, and competencies include: - Proven experience as an HR Transformation Manager or in a similar role, driving HR transformation initiatives. - Strong knowledge of change management frameworks. - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. - In-depth knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, with a strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance requirements. - Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure, multi-location environment. - Leading the cultural evolution of a large, diverse workforce. - Working closely with top leadership to make a strategic impact on business performance. - Experience in influencing and negotiation. - Willingness to travel as needed for HR transformation initiatives.,
