Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or Business Administration.
Project Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile SAFE are preferred.
10-15 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in large-scale ERP transformations.
Required Skills
Strong SAP functional expertise, especially in S/4HANA modules.
Proven experience in managing global digital transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence without authority.
Strong business acumen and digital mindset.
Experience in managing vendors, consultants, and cross-cultural teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
