The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or Business Administration. Additionally, possessing Project Management certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Agile SAFE would be advantageous. A solid background of 10-15 years in IT project/program management, particularly in large-scale ERP transformations, is required. Key skills for this role include a deep understanding of SAP functionalities, especially in S/4HANA modules, and a track record of successfully overseeing global digital transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and exert influence even without formal authority. A sharp business acumen, a digital mindset, and prior experience in managing vendors, consultants, and diverse teams are highly valued. Proficiency in utilizing project management tools like Microsoft Project is also necessary. This is a full-time position based in Maharashtra, Mumbai, with potential opportunities in Karnataka, Bangalore.
