Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Supervision of generation & authorization of all customer documentation such as agreements, invoices, money receipts. possession documents etc
  • Day to day management of back office operations
  • Maintenance of updated customer files, record keeping and maintaining a file retrieval system
  • Effective closure of customer queries/complaints
  • Effective coordination with sales team for smooth operations
  • Generating & monitoring post Sales MIS
  • Responsible for quarterly update of Sales related data as required under RERA
  • Document and maintain SOPs for Back office operations

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidate preferred, min 5 years Heading the function in real estate residential builder company

  • Excellent communication skills written as well as verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer focus and quality orientation
  • Coordination and conflict resolution skills
  • Efficient handling of a team
