Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordination with external consultants as well as project site team to facilitate execution of all design elements at the site.

Conceptualization & Design Development
Create mood boards and concept presentations.
Develop and prepare detailed working drawing.
Timely issuance of tender drawings & GFCs to ensure proper planning & execution
Assist in Preparation of master checklist of all material specifications to be executed in the project
Selecting & sourcing materials that match design.
Preparation of Bills of Quantities as per the project needs.
Collaborate with 3D teams to create drawings & visualizations.
Identification and regular reporting of deviations during site visits
Communicate with consultants, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth on site implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 6-8 years in coordination for interiors
Diploma in Interior design / B. Arch
Efficiency in Auto Cad, MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
