Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Coordination with the projects and CRM teams for smooth handing over of the project.
  • Supervise and coordinate for completion of individual unit. Ensure all facilities are smoothly working as per the checklist.
  • Smooth and efficient handing over to of the units to the customers.
  • Ensure smooth supply of facilities like electricity, water, housekeeping services, security or any other services being provided at the project.
  • Efficient coordination with the vendors for upkeep of all equipment or services being provided.
  • Efficient maintenance of project assets and services and updated annual contracts for their maintenance.
  • Regular coordination with customers/ residents and ensure help desk complaints are efficiently attended.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have 6-8 years in Real Estate housing
  • Ex

    -

    servicemen with 3-4 yrs experience in facilities will proffered
  • Ability to work on MS Office
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
