General Manager – Corporate Affairs

General Manager – Corporate Affairs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with Central, State & Local government authorities (DISH, MIDC, MPCB, CPCB, Labour Commissioner, etc.).
  • Ensure statutory compliance, licenses, approvals, and smooth functioning of manufacturing units.
  • Represent the company with leading industry associations (CHEMEXCIL, ICC, IMC, Bombay Chamber, etc.).
  • Oversee general administration, estate management, and security.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive corporate affairs strategy across multiple locations.


Ideal Profile:

  • 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Affairs / Government Relations within Chemicals, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, multi-location compliance, and Greenfield projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.


This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to work closely with government bodies and industry forums while shaping the organization’s growth.
