GM- Contracts & Tenders/Risk Mitigation (T&D and EPC)

You will be responsible for managing contracts and tenders, as well as mitigating risks in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business vertical of a leading company in Conductors/Wires & Cable industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing, drafting, and revising various commercial agreements to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards - Identifying and highlighting key legal and commercial risks and proposing suitable risk mitigation strategies - Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations for negotiations and coordination - Supporting project teams in finalizing terms & conditions that align with the business interests - Maintaining a contract repository and monitoring contract performance, obligations, and key milestones - Assisting in managing contract amendments, extensions, and terminations **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of contract & commercial and risk management principles - Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Good analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and high degree of professional ethics - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines - Bachelors degree in law / business administration / commerce (BE/BBA/Law/Commerce) - Post-graduation will be an advantage - Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in T&D/EPC business, particularly in heading multi-lateral contracts & reviews This company is a highly professional leading organization in the Conductors/Wires & Cable industry with a revenue of INR 20K Cr.
