Job Description

Client: Global leader in industrial automation, offering a wide portfolio of advanced products including pneumatic systems, motion control & fluid control solutions, sensors, PLCs, mechatronics, and connectors. With a strong global footprint, they enable customers across industries to achieve efficiency, precision, and innovation in their operations.

in industrial automation solutions targeting diverse applications in process industries like Confectionery, Food Processing,FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Printing & Packaging etc.


Role Objective


To spearhead new client acquisition and significantly scale up dealer-driven business growth, with a strategic focus on penetrating large global accounts in Food, Confectionery, Beverages, and Packaging sectors.The incumbent will be responsible for delivering a sales funnel of ₹300 Crs annually through new client wins, while doubling partner (dealer) business from ₹200 Crs to ₹400 Crs within two years**.



Key Drivers:


  • New Client Acquisition

Build and manage a sustainable sales funnel of ₹300 Cr annually from new accounts.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for global and strategic accounts. in Food & Beverages,FMCG,Packaging Sectors.

- Build and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), consultants, and SPM manufacturers to accelerate lead generation.

- Conduct competitor and market mapping to identify gaps, opportunities, and tailored entry strategies.


  • Dealer / Channel Management:

- Drive growth across 80+ dealers, scaling channel business to ₹400 Cr,.

- Strengthen dealer capability in technical selling, solution integration, and account management.


Incumbent Profile :


  • 20+ years in Pan India Sales & in Industrial products primarily automation/pneumatic,motion control, sensors,PLCs and mechatronics.

  • Proven success in acquiring new accounts.

  • Demonstrated experience in **dealer/channel management with Pan-India exposure.
