Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Driving expansion in North India by partnering with private hospitals for onboarding their dialysis units on DCDC platform.
Strategic partnerships with hospital chains and Nephrologists for driving business growth for the organization.
Successful onboarding and handover of dialysis centres by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and business functions.
Driving both top line and bottom line for the organization to achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
Conducting quality market research, risk analysis, business feasibility analysis and market assessment for creating a high-quality lead funnel for driving business growth for organization.
Team building and management for enabling resources to fulfil their potential and contribute in business growth.
Drive implementation of key initiatives. Partner with key functions to drive successful execution and implementation of strategic priorities.
Managing Sales team for achieving business growth by addition of new patients for existing centres for dialysis numbers growth.

Essential Skills:

Energetic, passionate and resourceful self-starter with strong market understanding, entrepreneurial mindset and penchant to build the business from scratch and drive sustainable growth
Strong experience and successful track record of building successful business and partnerships preferably in healthcare
Strong people management skills, with a track record of directly managing high-potential professionals
Strategic thinker who can help chart the course for the company, with demonstrated success defining the vision, strategies, and tactics to drive business growth.
Willingness to travel across the North India
