Global Visa Consultant B2C

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with individual clients (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) to understand their visa needs, goals, and eligibility.
• Provide accurate advice on various visa categories such as student, tourist, work, PR, and family visas.
• Handle end-to-end visa processing: documentation, application filing, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Keep clients informed of changes in immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and embassy procedures for major destinations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (document verification, application filing, follow-ups) to ensure smooth processing.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through clear communication and support.
• Maintain accurate records of each client interaction in CRM or case management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Travel & Tourism, Law, or International Studies).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in visa consulting, preferably in a B2C role.
• Strong knowledge of international visa categories, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with CRM or visa case management software.
• Client-centric approach with problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
