Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Gurgaon. This role requires a proactive individual who has managed end-to-end hiring processes across global regions and can work effectively in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes across global geographies, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Source top talent through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to global hiring managers and business leaders.
• Operate effectively within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
• Partner with HR and business teams to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
• Manage recruitment SLAs, pipeline reporting, and overall process hygiene.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function, including sourcing strategies and process optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate or MBA (preferred).
• Proven experience in global talent acquisition, including sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and offer closure.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage international stakeholders across time zones.
• Strong process orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work in the 12 PM 9 PM IST shift to align with global teams.
