Global Solutions Manager

As a Global Solutions Manager (Mid to Senior Level) in the Digital and Information Technology Systems field, your role will involve understanding the global market, suggesting technology and business solutions to address their challenges, presenting developed solutions, assisting in software installation, and providing training to clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project Management & Governance: Executing projects by managing stakeholder engagement, resources, and budgets, resolving problems, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and guidelines to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. - Training and Capability Development: Designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members to achieve organizational goals. - Risk Management: Identifying, evaluating, and implementing strategies to minimize the impact of risks on the organization and maximize opportunities. - Business Case Development: Defining business problems or opportunities, outlining project scope and objectives, and conducting financial and operational analyses to support project proposals. - Knowledge of Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools such as Jira and Confluence to facilitate project execution and stakeholder management.
