Global Sales Manager to lead our international business development efforts. This role demands a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a proven closer in the IT services and ERP domain. If you've consistently delivered in global markets and are open to traveling.
Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in international markets for IT services and digital transformation solutions. ● Drive end-to-end international sales cycles — from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to tailor service offerings to client needs. ● Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with clients across the US, Europe, and other global regions. ● Represent the company in international meetings, expos, and trade events. ● Track sales activities and manage pipelines using CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent). ● Provide market intelligence,
Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Minimum 8 years of experience in international sales/business development in the IT services or software solutions domain. ● At least 3 years of consistent experience in a single organization — showcasing commitment, ownership, and leadership. ● Strong experience in international client engagement, preferably across US/Europe. ● Excellent English communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills. ● Deep understanding of IT solutions, ERP services, or SaaS products. ● Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or ERP tools like Odoo, SAP, etc. ● Willingness to work in evening shift (3 PM – 11 PM IST) to align with global clients. ● Open to international travel as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
