Description

We are seeking a Global Proposal Specialist to join our team in India. This role involves developing and managing proposals for our international clients, ensuring that they meet both client requirements and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal writing and business development, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage proposals for global clients to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for proposal enhancement.
Prepare and present proposal materials to stakeholders and clients as needed.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements in all proposals.
Maintain a proposal database and track proposal outcomes to inform future strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
4-8 years of experience in proposal writing or business development, preferably in a global context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint, for proposal creation and presentation.
Experience with proposal management software and CRM systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
