Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to oversee vendor management, production planning, and quality compliance for outsourced apparel. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in garment manufacturing, negotiation, and international vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify & onboard reliable outsourcing vendors

✅ Negotiate contracts, costs & production timelines

✅ Monitor quality standards & ensure timely deliveries

✅ Collaborate with Design, Merchandising & QC teams

✅ Manage international vendor relationships (China, Bangladesh, etc.)

✅ Drive efficiency & cost optimization in outsourcing strategies

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology / Apparel Production / Supply Chain

📈 8–12 years of outsourcing/vendor management experience in the apparel industry

🧵 Strong knowledge of garment production & quality standards

🤝 Excellent negotiation & vendor relationship management skills

🌍 Experience working with international vendors
