• Lead the transition from past management to a structured, transparent workflow.
• Coordinate daily work between US (client/sales), India (delivery), and Philippines (back-office) teams.
• Establish clear SOPs, reporting systems, and communication flow.
• Drive collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across time zones.
• Act as the bridge between leadership and teams — ensuring smooth execution and clarity.
What we’re looking for:
• MBA with 4–8 years of experience in operations, process management, or team leadership.
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage change and lead multi-country teams.
• Prior exposure to outsourcing, consulting, or tax/accounting operations preferred.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in building structure from the ground up and leading through transition. You’ll work directly with the firm’s leadership and play a key role in shaping our next growth phase.
