Job Description

As a Manager - Global Network Sales, you will play a crucial role in our logistics team by spearheading the development and expansion of our global network of logistics solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities in international markets, and driving sales growth across various regions. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the logistics industry, encompassing supply chain management, freight forwarding, transportation, and global trade operations, coupled with a strong sales acumen. Your main responsibilities will revolve around sales strategy development, customer relationship management, network expansion, achieving sales targets and revenue growth, market intelligence and reporting, collaboration with internal teams, proposal and contract negotiation, customer solutions, and problem-solving. You will need to collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure the seamless delivery of logistics services and align sales initiatives with company objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in extensive travel for client meetings, events, and networking across global regions. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in global sales, logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 8 years specifically in a global network sales role. Your industry knowledge should include a deep understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, and global trade regulations. Moreover, you should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive, global market environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree would be advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in multiple languages, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and logistics management platforms are also essential for success in this role.,
