Global Manager

As a Global Manager at Rrayze, a Business Consulting Company with a presence in 11 countries and 15 states across India, you will be responsible for leading a team to find and onboard new global business partners for the HR Outsourcing and recruitment business segment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively searching for new business partners globally for finance and compliance-related work - Utilizing online platforms to identify potential partners - Shortlisting partner profiles based on company requirements - Assessing partner profiles to ensure their skill sets align with company needs - Obtaining quotes from clients and negotiating for the best offer - Conducting meetings with selected partners - Maintaining documentation of selected partners - Coordinating with clients across different time zones - Working closely with global partners to ensure all compliance requirements are met for clients - Managing client and partner requirements related to data, documentation, and legal aspects Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation or Post-Graduation degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in MS Office - Good knowledge of using CHATGPT & Tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to maintain records, data, and documentation effectively If you are passionate about building strong global partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance for clients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
