Role Overview: You will be the Global Lead of Laboratory Platforms & Services at Sandoz, responsible for steering the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of Laboratory platforms and applications globally. Your focus will be on enhancing integration and optimization of platforms to streamline organizational processes and drive digital transformation. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and innovation will be key in addressing complex challenges and promoting growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Laboratory platforms and applications strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards, in collaboration with Stakeholder success teams. - Manage governance and operations of Laboratory platforms and applications across regions and departments. - Lead a team to provide high-quality Laboratory platforms and applications services and support. - Oversee integration and optimization of Laboratory platforms and applications to improve business processes and operational efficiency. - Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions and services. - Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation to support digital transformation and growth. - Develop and track key performance indicators for measuring platforms and applications success. - Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure solutions meet business needs. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with platforms and applications operations and implementations. - Provide leadership on projects to ensure timely delivery. - Utilize platforms technologies for digital transformation and process optimization. - Manage budgets and resources for cost-effective solutions and maximum value. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in project delivery, application management, or IT services within a multinational organization, with skills in strategic planning, financial acumen, and team leadership. - Expert knowledge and experience in key Laboratory products and their implementation and operations. - Certification in project management methods (Agile, ITIL, Prince 2, PMI) and Laboratory products is a plus. - Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and designing and operating Laboratory Center of Excellences is highly desirable. - Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and team-building skills. - Proficiency in advanced software tools and platforms relevant to the job, and experience with ITIL frameworks and service management methodologies.
