Global Lead, EAS Operational Health & Compliance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the robust security, risk management, and operational health of EAS platforms by liaising with ISRC and Infrastructure teams. Additionally, you will oversee cloud cost management and lead vulnerability and issue management resolution. Your role will involve coordinating with Audit Management to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, developing operational health and compliance policies, and monitoring key operational health metrics. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with ISRC and Infrastructure teams to ensure security, risk management, and operational health - Oversee cloud cost management, optimization, and reporting - Lead vulnerability and issue management resolution - Coordinate with Audit Management for compliance requirements - Develop and implement operational health and compliance policies - Monitor key operational health metrics and report on them - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational health and compliance - Support internal and external audits for readiness and adherence to standards Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in IT operations, compliance, or risk management - Experience in cloud cost reporting and management, vulnerability management, and audits - Strong understanding of operational health, risk management, and compliance standards - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline - Fluent in spoken and written English Please note that the job description did not include any additional details about the company.,
