Global IT Recruiter

As a Global IT Recruiter at our company, your role will involve managing global talent acquisition strategies with a focus on IT recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and attract top IT candidates using innovative sourcing techniques. Your responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, maintaining a talent pipeline, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will support the project management team in resource planning, allocation, and documentation efforts to meet project timelines and deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies for IT recruitment. - Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions. - Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates. - Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback. - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT roles. - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. - Foster relationships with universities and professional organizations. - Ensure a positive candidate experience. - Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events. - Assist in resource planning and allocation for projects. - Support project documentation efforts. - Monitor and report on recruitment metrics. - Identify skill gaps and recommend training initiatives. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT recruitment. - Strong understanding of global talent management practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be required to work in various time zones depending on the requirements, including rotational shifts every 3 months.
