Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions
KRA 1- Ensure accuracy of data on HRIS Regular audit of all HRIS data to promote the effective use of systems. Audit data, including compensation data highlight inconsistencies to regional admins track updates Support defined system audits as per timelines 25%
KRA 2- HRIS maintenance of existing modules and support implementation of new modules to promote efficient automation. Maintain system set-ups positions, depts., work force data etc Support implementation of new modules with data collection, upload Work on other HRIS systems like Applause Share Point, CSOD etc.
KRA3- HRIS Lead for Global ACR Work closely with the Compensation team to ensure data quality and accuracy. Lead the HRIS activities of ACR along with CURO set ups, Letter Communication etc.
KRA4- Generation of HR Dashboards for use in Management decisions and HR processes Compensation, Applause and workforce dashboards reports on OBIEE system Headcount reporting
KRA5-Lead and plan HRIS implementation projects to improve system efficiency and effectiveness Set timelines. For various ongoing projects Communicate and liaise with vendors and consultants. Monitor progress to adjust schedules as necessary. Monitor cost and agreement compliance to escalate issues to mgm
