Manage the Global Capacity Programme to ensure optimal capacity levels and identify needs for network intervention.
Lead the Transformation Programme to deliver savings to the P&L and manage Transformation Projects across Business Units.
Own and manage the governance for tracking, monitoring, and reporting the progress of the Capex program.
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
