Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in leading and nurturing a team for growing market for APIs and Intermediates/KSM with a quantum leap.
• Expertise in Market and Target-customers mapping for the company's products with primary and secondary market intelligence sources both for Regulated and Semi/Non-Reg markets.
• Having a relevant network and personal rapport with the decision makers and influencers in API and FDF Pharma companies.
• Willingness to extensively travel and passionate to meet customers for increasing the company's wallet share of products and business development for new products.
• High-performance and growth mind set for achieving the targeted market share of company's products for a profitable and sustainable growth.
• Effectively controlling the Accounts Receivable, legally executed CDAs and Customer/Agency agreements and adhering to the regulatory compliance norms with a high work ethic
• To ensure customer satisfaction by proactively providing all the support with a customer- centric approach.
• Ability to prioritize marketing efforts and for effectively coordinating with Functional Heads and others across the organization.
