ANSR is hiring for one of our client Title: Global Delivery IT Support Lead Role: Support the technology needs of Stout’s extended Global Delivery team members in India and Greece (employed by ANSR and other partners) and potentially handle after-hours support requests from Stout’s U.S. team. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Manage user-centric tasks, including laptop imaging, application support, Azure Virtual Desktop, basic troubleshooting, and monitoring Microsoft Azure IAAS/PAAS services using tools like Azure Monitor Monitor and resolve support requests and escalations to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes Monitor and optimize application performance, collaborating on bottleneck solutions. Manage and maintain systems, infrastructure, and devices (laptops, Azure Virtual Desktops) for maximum availability Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server (2016+) and Windows 11 environments Leverage RMM tools (e.g., Action1 , NinjaRMM) and Microsoft Intune for device management Collaborate with Stout’s IT Leadership and vendors to resolve problems, design and improve operational support systems, and develop frameworks to enhance user experience and system efficiency Requirements : Must have: Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience Experience administering a Windows domain environment. Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server (2016 and newer) and Windows 11 Experience administering Microsoft 365 solutions Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop management and troubleshooting Experience with RMM tools (Action1, NinjaRMM, etc.) Functional knowledge of Network administration and Active Directory Services (DNS, DHCP, DFS) Ability to handle multiple projects from inception to completion Strong communication skills to collaborate with management, staff, user support teams, and vendors Detail-oriented and team-focused with a sharp learning temperament to stay updated on IT trends Nice to have: Experience planning, migrating, and managing solutions in Azure Cloud Experience with leveraging Microsoft Intune for device management, policy enforcement, and security compliance Solid scripting skills, preferably PowerShell Show more Show less
