(*Note: This is a requirement for one of Uplers' client - Serenity)What do you need for this opportunity?Must have skills required:Communication Skills, Data Center Design, Global/Multi Regional Infrastructure Projects, Cdcs CertificationSerenity is Looking for:What You’ll DoDesign and architect next-generation data centers across the Middle East, India, and Europe.Lead full project lifecycle: planning, procurement, deployment, and commissioning.Partner with local engineering teams and contractors to leverage regional expertise.Oversee equipment procurement and vendor negotiations for power, cooling, network, and compute systems.Ensure regulatory compliance, zoning, permitting, and security standards are met in each region.Apply CDCS best practices (or equivalent frameworks) to ensure resilience and efficiency.Manage budgets, schedules, and risks for multiple international rollouts.Drive continuous improvement through post-deployment reviews and lessons learned.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in data center design, deployment, and operations.Proven track record in global or multi-region infrastructure projects.Expertise in procurement, vendor management, and international supply chains.Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones.Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and operational nuances in Middle East, India, and Europe.CDCS certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience).Bonus PointsEPC or Design-Build project model experience.Commissioning & QA/QC expertise in MEP systems.Familiarity with project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Smartsheet).Knowledge of permitting and entitlement processes across global jurisdictions.
