**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As a part of Serenity's team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting next-generation data centers across regions like the Middle East, India, and Europe. Your role will involve leading the full project lifecycle, partnering with local engineering teams, overseeing equipment procurement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement through post-deployment reviews. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and architect next-generation data centers in the Middle East, India, and Europe. - Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, deployment, and commissioning. - Partner with local engineering teams and contractors to leverage regional expertise. - Oversee equipment procurement and vendor negotiations for power, cooling, network, and compute systems. - Ensure regulatory compliance, zoning, permitting, and security standards are met in each region. - Apply CDCS best practices to ensure resilience and efficiency. - Manage budgets, schedules, and risks for multiple international rollouts. - Drive continuous improvement through post-deployment reviews and lessons learned. **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of experience in data center design, deployment, and operations. - Proven track record in global or multi-region infrastructure projects. - Expertise in procurement, vendor management, and international supply chains. - Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones. - Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and operational nuances in the Middle East, India, and Europe. - CDCS certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience). **Additional Details:** Uplers is committed to simplifying and expediting the hiring process.
