Global Capacity Manager

As the Global Capacity Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing global workforce planning to ensure alignment with business demand. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading global capacity management across all hubs and regions. - Managing capacity & capability tools to maintain accurate data for forecasting and planning. - Overseeing resource allocation, redeployment, and roll-off planning in various markets. - Driving the farming of work opportunities within existing agency relationships. - Supervising time sheet management, Jira ticketing, and utilization reporting. - Partnering with L&D teams to align upskilling and reskilling programs with future needs. - Collaborating with agency stakeholders to sustain and enhance client relationships on a global scale. - Providing leadership and mentorship to the Global Capacity Planners and India Capacity Manager. The above role involves strategic oversight of capacity, capability, and workforce tools, as well as client relationship management across agencies.,
