Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements across regions and factories, proposing innovative solutions to meet organizational needs. - Harmonize business processes, eliminating template deviations and aligning with product line and business archetype logic. - Collaborate with regional and local teams to resolve SAP system-related issues and manage the demand funnel for new requirements. - Proactively address user pain points by resolving incidents and analyzing patterns to enhance incident management efficiency. - Create comprehensive SAP training materials and user manuals to support ongoing system use and operational excellence. - Develop and deliver tailored training sessions to empower local Business Process Owner and key users, enhancing SAP system proficiency. - Lead change initiatives by driving the adoption of globally harmonized processes and minimizing local customizations. - Monitor and report on implementation progress, ensuring adherence to global processes and sharing best practices across regions. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in the manufacturing industry. - Experience in at least one of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, PS, QM, PM, EWM, or GTT. - Ability to analyze complex requirements and incidents, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions that meet business needs. - Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives. - Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
