Job Description

Hiring For International Google ads sales - Associates & Team Lead.

Role

Qualification

Required for Associate :-

Min 2+ years of exp into International B2B sales along with Google ads sales/ LinkedIn ads or Meta Ads.
Pitch and sell Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn Ads packages.
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and solution presentations.
Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred).
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including negotiation and closure.
Build strong relationships with global clients across US/UK/AUS markets.

Required for Team Lead:-

Min 2+ Years as Team Lead On paper Designation is must.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities
Experience in B2B Sales with Google ads & Handling A team size around 15+ above.
Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Strong analytical skills to understand campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS).
