• Thorough understanding of the full ML pipeline, from data collection to inference.
• Strong expertise in model monitoring, detecting variations, and managing retraining/redeployment processes.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, spaCy, fastText, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, entity extraction, and content summarization.
• Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
  

Preferred Qualification

• Master's Degree.
• Knowledge or experience in MLOps and ModelOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze, optimize, and scale models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and influence

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Machine Learning models across the full ML lifecycle.
• Monitor model performance in production, detect drift and variations, and automate retraining/redeployment workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI/ML solutions.
• Implement and improve NLP solutions such as text classification, entity extraction, and content summarization.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code leveraging popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras,
