1. Draft, file, and prosecute GI and TM applications before respective registries.
2. Conduct legal research, handle oppositions, hearings, and rectifications.
3. Draft and review IP agreements, including licensing and assignments.
4. Advise clients on IP protection strategies and compliance.
5. Support IP awareness and outreach initiatives.
1. LLB (IP specialization preferred); LLM a plus.
2. 2 - 5 years of experience in GI and/or TM law.
3. Strong research, drafting, and client-handling skills.
