This passion for blending the best of both worlds is what makes us truly unique — we dare to be different.As part of Miratech's healthcare CX transformation for a global leader, we need an IVR Developer to build Genesys-based routing solutions. You'll develop secure IVR applications, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate on migrating legacy call centers to modern omnichannel platforms. This role combines technical expertise with strategic impact - creating seamless customer experiences through optimized call flows and system integrations in a mission-critical healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • IVR development, and implementation of Genesys routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform.
  • Write and review secure, high-quality production code while troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, generate ideas, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to leads and ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure continuity and clarity.
  • Analyse Genesys logs for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Genesys Engage configuration, and IVR development, including Genesys Voice SCXML Call Flow, GA, OPM, and GRAT development.
  • Experience in GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), and GA (Genesys Administrator).
  • Skilled in developing routing workflows using Composer and debugging solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS.
  • Database knowledge, particularly in SQL and Cassandra, is advantageous.
  • Experience with SDLC processes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Experience with configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and supporting Genesys frameworks, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
  • Ability to work on-call to provide support as needed.
