Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ability to conduct L1 level troubleshooting on Genesys Modules
Act as the first point of contact for all Level 1 issues related to Genesys systems.
Troubleshoot, analyze logs, and resolve incidents efficiently.
Monitor Genesys components including applications, servers, SBC, alerts, CCPulse/Pulse, GA, and reporting tools.
Perform daily system health checks and report anomalies.
Execute routine maintenance tasks such as log checks and basic troubleshooting.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in all modules of Genesys and specifically in production support work.
Minimum 1 - 2 years eposure in genesys Engage Framwork.
Exposure to areas like Genesys, Contact Center
Good Communication Skills (Written and Spoken)
