Key Responsibilities:

Configure and troubleshoot
Genesys software and hardware components
.
Implement and manage
Genesys Engage integrations
with other platforms.
Develop and maintain
IVR applications
, routing strategies, and scripts.
Perform
call flow debugging
, log analysis, and issue resolution.
Ensure smooth functioning of
Genesys framework
, routing methods, and reporting systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
contact center solution deployments
.
Work on
recording platforms
and have exposure to
Nice Platform
.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years
of experience in
Contact Center Solutions
(On-Prem and Cloud).
Strong knowledge of
Genesys Framework
,
IVR Development
,
Routing
, and
Reporting
.
Expertise in
troubleshooting Genesys issues
, analyzing logs, and debugging call flows.
Hands-on experience with
Routing methods
and
Recording platforms
.
Familiarity with
Nice Platform
is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
