Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technology Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience in J2EE and Java. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts. The candidate will contribute to developing and optimizing software solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This position does not require travel allowing the candidate to focus on delivering impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using J2EE and Java to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues and improve system efficiency.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all development activities.
Support the deployment and integration of software solutions in various environments.
Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work model to achieve project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in J2EE and Java with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Display adaptability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively.
Experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools is advantageous.
