Job summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technology Specialist where you will leverage your expertise in C# Web API .Net Core Microservices.NET and Google Cloud Spanner to drive innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and no travel requirements you will focus on developing and optimizing software applications that enhance our companys technological capabilities and impact society positively.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using C# Web API and .Net Core to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architecture ensuring scalability and reliability of applications.
Utilize Google Cloud Spanner to manage and optimize database performance ensuring data integrity and availability.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operation of applications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating new solutions to improve existing systems and processes.
Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Document technical specifications and user guides ensuring clear communication and understanding of system functionalities.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members enhancing their skills and contributing to team success.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards maintaining high levels of security and data protection.
Optimize application performance through regular testing and monitoring identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights aligning project outcomes with business goals.
Contribute to the companys purpose by developing innovative solutions that positively impact society and drive technological advancement.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in C# Web API and .Net Core demonstrating the ability to develop robust software applications.
Have a solid understanding of microservices architecture with hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
Demonstrate proficiency in Google Cloud Spanner with the ability to manage and optimize database performance effectively.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Show strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Be familiar with agile development methodologies contributing to efficient project delivery and team success.
Maintain a proactive approach to learning and integrating new technologies ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
