Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for lateral hiring processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing candidate documentation, and managing candidate communication. Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for lateral positions across various departments. Maintain candidate records, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other documentation required for lateral hiring. Help manage the onboarding process for new lateral hires, including organizing induction sessions, preparing materials, and ensuring a smooth transition. Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics on the progress of lateral hiring. Provide general HR support, including preparing job descriptions, handling candidate queries, and assisting with post-hire follow-up. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to improve processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
