Key Responsibilities:

*Transition from backend to handling global buyers directly

*Respond to export inquiries and coordinate pricing

*Communicate with buyers via email, calls & meetings

*2–5 years in export documentation/coordination

*Strong communication & written English skills

Core backend role supporting export execution & compliance

Key Responsibilities:

*Prepare pre/post shipment documents

*Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines

*Manage documentation & ensure timely shipment execution

*Maintain export trackers, MIS reports, and documentation records

*Ensure compliance with export standards and buyer requirements

Ideal Candidate:

*2–6 years in export documentation/logistics

*Graduate/MBA in International Business/Commerce

*Detail-oriented with coordination skills

*Hands-on with Excel, emails & related software
